Dr. Philip Zinn has more than 15 years experience in providing comprehensive legal support for small and mid-sized companies. After his studies and work experience in the United States and Singapore he joint one of the biggest law firms in Frankfurt, Germany. Philip Zinn is a member of the Corporate Lawyers Association (VGR) and of the M&A and International Business commissions of AIJA (Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats).
